Perfect!

I ordered flowers online on a Sunday evening to be delivered the following day. Early Monday morning, I received an email from the florist to tell me that they are closed on Mondays and would not have fresh stock until Tuesday and would I be happy for the flowers to be delivered Tuesday instead. I agreed. Then Direct2florist agent phoned me to advise that they were unable to speak to the florist because the shop was closed but would I be happy to delay delivery until Tuesday. Flowers arrived as promised and the recipient was absolutely delighted with them. Thank you for a great service and for your excellent communications.

Thank you very much. Struggled to find a florist for flowers for relatives funeral in Southampton and found one who a family member had used for their mum. Asked for a specific design and they were lovely! They were how we had asked and was touching we could send our deepest heartfelt thoughts to our family whilst we were unable to attend the funeral as dont live close.
